I manage a building that has old tilt windows. I'm trying to find pivot shoes and some bars. I attached pictures below. Doesn't have to be the same, something similar that can work.

Pivot bar measurements:
4-5/8" Long
3/8 x 7/16 thick

Pivot shoe:
2-1/4" high
1-3/8" wide
11/16" thick

Take a look at our 5/8" thick Series 600 window balance. Our 15-119 pivot shoe will work with the Series 600 balance. The width of the shoe is 1-1/4" wide by 3/4" thick. The off white center cam is 1/2" wide by 5/16", so we believe your pivot bar should fit. Thanks for posting!
