Old awning window crank broken

Question

We need to replace the window crank mechanism for an old awning window in our bathroom. See attached pictures. No name on window. number on crank handle is 11-100-11 patent pending. Patent number inside mechanism is 198202US 2RHRD 1963 CAN. Also the arm extension is 5 1/2" inches and has a 'grommet' or nub at the end no hole.
