Old block and tackle balances

Question

I am a contractor working on a real estate transaction.
You don't have these balances anymore. What is my modern replacement ?
It's an open spring top with a shoe that looks like a curled claw.

Hello,

Your old-style rod balances are no longer available but it looks like you could use the S775 channel balance as long as the hook fitting matches yours. You'll need to remove an intact balance to confirm the channel length and fitting size needed for your replacements.
