Old, broken locking mechanism

Question

I ordered and received part 82-078 which looks exactly like my handle but the locking mechanism does not work with the existing hardware. I would like to order the parts that go with the new handle if possible.

I agree that you are showing the 82-078 handle set but, unfortunately, the mortise lock that works with this handle set is no longer available. I apologize for the inconvenience.
