Old broken sliding door handle

A handy person from Florida says:
Sorry I didn't take pictures of the handle broken down. My wife and I purchased an investment property that was built in 1965 in SW Florida. This is an original, simple, sliding glass door. The handle is broken and I am having one heck of a time finding a replacement handle. I know the picture isn't ideal, but the issue is the opening for the door handle. Most are advertised as 6 5/8" and this one has an opening of ~ 7 1/16". Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi there!

Thank you for your patience during our busy season. It's hard to see your handle, but it looks like you might have something like our 82-008 or 82-008K handle set with 6-5/8" hole center spacing. Carefully compare our dimensions to yours and see if this matches what you need.
