Hmm...From your photos, your bottom balance shoe appears to look similar to our 15-004. Before I give you a solid recommendation, could you send us some additional photos of the channel balance with both the top and bottom balance shoe attached? It seems the top balance shoe is missing from the balance you are showing us.

Unfortunately both top pieces were broken, the only portion left were the small wing edges. Thank you for trying to help.

You are very welcome. We are glad to help any way we can. If the depth of the balance bottom shoe is 1-3/32", then you may go with our Series 385-23 channel balance with a 2220 option. To help you with the take out clip, let me see some photos of the top sash guide on the window sash and show the upper portion of the window track.
