These are from 1960's era aluminum windows.
outer screws are 4 5/8" center to center
The arm is 9" from center of pivot to center of disk

Your operator resembles the 39-044, but the hole spacing differs slightly. I'd suggest double-checking to see if one of the mounting hole options matches your assembly. Thanks for posting!
