Old casement window (TRUTH part) needs replacement

Hi. The casement window opener no longer will operate. I removed it and have attached photos. It is stamped with U.S. Pat #4505601 and there is another spot where it says 45142. It is a Truth part from, apparently, 1986. It has two spots where it fastens to the window. The length of the cross piece that has the attachment openings is 13 3/8" long. The inside distance between the right and left slot opening is 7 5/8"

Is there any chance that you would have something I can use to replace the old one?
