Hello,
We recently moved into a 20 year old condo and a couple of our window crank handles are stripped out. The imprint on the windows say Viracon but I’m not sure what the hardware brand is. Thanks for your help!

Thanks for reaching out to us! We're happy to look into this. Can you open the window so that we can see a full view of the operator's arms along with any attachments? That will allow us to confirm whether or not we have a comparable match.

Here are more photos. I cleaned off the dirt and dicovered the brand is TRUTH.

Great, thank you! The 39-312 awning operator comes to mind. Take a look at the specifications, especially the pivot shoe attachments, and see if they match up with your old assembly.

For a new handle, see the 39-114L and 39-205 which are sold separately.
