I'm having a hard time making this one out. The nylon ends are the most important feature when it comes to determining a match, but yours are partially obscured by the track. Can you show me a closer picture of them?

Perfect, thanks! See our Series 385 channel balance. This comes with the 19-005 top and 15-004 bottom, so as long as those match up I think this would be a good place to start.
