Old crank on left has arm that is 4 and 7/16 inches

Purchased a 5 inch crank. Too long. Window won't close. Do you sell the smaller size?

Hello,

Your operator resembles the 39-187 and 39-188. Unfortunately, we have never been able to locate a version of these operators with a shorter link arm but you may be able to swap the link arm from your old operator and rivet it to the new one using the 62-014B. Review the specifications below and let us know if you have any other questions. You can also find our return policy for the part that you purchased here. Thank you.

So the arm coming off the sprocket is longer as well. Don't think it will work.
Will have to return it.
Thanks for the help.

Note that the style of the base arms of the operators we recommended differs from the 39-089 that you purchased as shown below.

Didn't see the other option. Was able to use a vise and press old crank back to working for now. Will be returning crank.
Thanks
