Old crank out windows

I'm not sure if we'll be able to provide such a piece. It looks like a slider for a hinge, but I do not recognize the hinge style. Could you perhaps use something like our 36-048 as a replacement for the entire hinge assembly? Look over our photos and dimensions and let me know what you think.
