Thanks for posting. The tilt latch looks like our 26-170 to me; review the dimensions below to confirm it matches up.

For the pivot shoe, we carry many different kinds, which you can view here. The only reliable way to know which one you need is to remove the existing one and measure its width and thickness. We should be able to narrow it down from there. See the video below which shows how to remove and replace pivot shoes.
