Before I order, is your series 700 19 inch channel balance with 15-008 and 19-001 compatible with my old part which was described as item 60-181 with 510 and 504 end pieces?

I don't know, unfortunately. Those numbers don't match anything in our database. 

We have detailed pictures and dimensions on the respective store pages for the 15-008 and 19-001. I recommend reviewing that information to confirm that your own hardware matches. Comparing physical attributes is the only way to know for sure if our parts will match yours.
