Old sliding door handle replacement

I'm looking for a sliding door handle/lock mech, made back in late 70's early 80's, handle and lock are one piece, inside and outside. Unfortunatley the handle on the inside broke, the lock shows a red dot when locked and a green dot when unlocked. The handle has a wood grain sticker on it, are you familiar with this item? Any help is appreciated!
