The right hand corner guide has the number 814 on the top leg, and the number 3 on the leg extending down. The sliding latch has no numbers front or back.

Hello,
Your top tilt corners resemble the 95-231. Unforutnately, we do not carry a replacement for the bottom latch corner shown in your photo. I'm sorry we won't be able to assist with this part of your repair but please let us know if you have any other hardware questions. Thanks for posting.
