Thank you for your patience during this busy season. It's tough to identify your balance based on its current condition, but I think we can work with this. Before we go any further, however, can you please show me the clip at the end of the cord? It appears to be broken off in all your photos. Can you also show me the hole in the frame where that clip installs?
