Thanks for reaching out to us. The stamp on the metal channel isn't a part number, so we'll need more information to ID your hardware. If you can remove an undamaged balance and show us detailed photos of the top and bottom fittings, that would help us narrow down some options.

We would also like to see an image of the inside of the balance’s metal channel, where the innerspring connects to the pulley mechanism; this connection is located in the middle of the channel.
