Could not remove the crank.
Can you tell what replacement I need. It measures around 11". A detached rod is inserted to crank open the window, and is for the right side. Current one is silver colored. The window is wood.

I think it is the same, but I need one for the right side window casement. Do you have one in stock? If so how do I order it.

This part is actually non-handed so it can work for either side of the window.
