Please start by reviewing the style and dimensions of the 39-264 operator that is interchangeable for left or right openings. Compare to your original to confirm a good fit! Please note or windows manufactured from 1995 to 1998 you will need the 39-362 adapter plate.
Also see the 39-530 and 39-531 sash brackets depending on orientation. Are you also in need of new hinges? Let me know!
Can you show us a picture of the window latch in question?
The part with the number on it in your photo appears to be the sash bracket like the 39-530 and 39-531 mentioned above. You would need to compare dimensions and the orientation to confirm the right fit.
If you are also in need of new hinges, we do not have an exact match, but recommend reviewing the 36-048 2-bar hinge assembly. Compare the dimensions and review the video below for more details. Both the top and bottom hinges would need to be replaced at the same time.
