Older Certainteed windows

Question

I have older Certainteed windows that need all the hardware except the glazed window ! The plastic on the spring balanced has disintegrated!

Can you help me identify the right parts including pivot pin 3" long, pivot shoes, spring covers, drums, and screws

I also need the latches for tilting the window.

To further review, we will need to see the window sash removed where we can see a clear view of the pivot shoe that the coil springs are attached to. Please also confirm if the thickness of the coil is 3/8" or 1/2" wide. From there we can get a clearer idea of the correct replacements.
