Older Patio Door Upper Spacer / Guide

Our patio door is quite old but work well, however, one of the upper spacer or guide is missing therefore causing the door to wobble slightly. I don't have a picture of the part but I drew the top view and side view of what I am looking for as there is a place for two of these on the top of the door but only one seems to be there which makes the door a little wobbly.Home Depot and Lowe's do not appear to carry a part like this.
Do you have anything like this or something that could be adapted to solve the problem? Door is about 1.5" in depth.

I'm not sure if your part is still available, but without seeing the part itself it's hard to tell. Take a look at the 80-045 top guide to start out and see if you could adapt that to your door.
