Older Tempco window parts

Hi
I have some 20 year old Tempco vinyl windows, some of which need a little TLC. I'm looking for a set of tilt window latches and a set of vent stops, both in white. I'm having issues finding the parts locally and since the brand is no longer in business, I don't really have anyone to reach out to. Attached are some photos with some numbers. Let me know if you can help.
Thanks
David
