Older Wenco double hung tilt out vinyl window replacement sash balance

Question

The lower sash balance on the right side has been broken and missing since we purchased the farmhouse. There are no numbers of any kind on the window or frame or on the remaining balance. The sash frame itself is 26.5" tall and the glass is 23.5" tall. Can you recommend a balance mechanism that would be compatible with the sash mouting pin at the lower corner shown in the photos?

Thanks for reaching out to us! The window balance you have here is a discontinued Crossbow channel balance. We have a replacement solution that will work for them but there are a few more details I'll need to move forward.
