Older closet bi-fold door pivot

A home owner from Alamogordo, NM says:
Found no names, markings, or numbers on existing hardware. Pivot is a plastic block measuring 13/16" long, 5/8" wide, and 3/8" high with a 3/8" hole a little towards one end where the door pivot goes. There is a small hole on the side towards the other end where a 8/32 screw goes to hold the pivot in place on the rail. The rail has a slot for the screw which allows adjustment. The same plastic block pivot is used for both the top and bottom pivots of the doors.

I don't believe your old bracket is available anymore. You might be able to substitute it with a 21-209, but you will probably have to do some measure of adaptation. I'm just not sure as to the extent necessary.
