Older post 2003 Jeld Wen single hung window wont stay up.

Question

This balance system comes from above type window.  Length 27.5", spring length 10", heavy hollow plastic tube is 1/4" diameter.  Have 4 Jeld Wen windows we installed over time in a 4plex we bought in 2003, so older system.  Hoping to find parts so dont have to remove the 4 windows

You have an old-style rod balance that is no longer made. We can offer modern replacements in most cases but we'll need to see an intact version removed from one of your windows, including any end fittings or clips used for installation. Thank you!
