Older simonton casement window part identifier

Hi i believe i have simonton casement windows. There is a flat track on the bottom of the window with a stud that one of the arms attaches too (marked with blue circl) and the track has rusted and the stud broke off. I'm in desperate need of finding this track or a replacement track. The only identifiers i can find is i believe the operator is a Truth 23.46 Window Operator 30866.
