Older snap out window spiral balance replacement

A friend from Massachusetts says:
I need to replace a house full of these. three family home.
I believe this is a 5/8 it the thicker one I measured with tape one to be sure it the right one. Here a few photos The balance is 30 inch with 2 pin blue tip. It did not have any numbers or other marking on it. Please advise best option. Thank you Lawrence.

Thanks for posting. If the balance tube is 5/8" in diameter and 30" long, then see our S600-30 Spiral Balance for Tilt Windows. The blue tip option is for a window sash that weighs 12 through 31 lbs. Let us know if you have any questions.
