Looking to replace window covers and need window hardware for a window that's completely unusable the nob no longer turns and needs to be replaced, I am also wondering if you guys have the same Color to match and maybe a cover that's longer than what is see on the website?
The hardware that needs to be replaced will have a tape measure and I believe it's a 24 inche window as in seen in the pictures I will provide

Hi there!
If the handle doesn't turn anymore then there's a high chance the gears are stripped out. The entire operator has to be replaced if that's the case. We should be able to replace yours but I will need to see it removed from the window or at least an unobstructed bird's-eye-view of the full operator arms.
As for the cover, see the 39-107. I'm afraid we don't have a longer version of this cover, however. I am very sorry for the inconvenience.
