One is the crank mechanism for a casement window and the other is the lock on the same window.

Thanks for your post! The base from your operator reminds of an older model Roto operator. It looks like it could be the newer style 39-091 ROTO Casement Operator. The opposite version is the 39-092. These are compatible handles are the 39-230 and 39-224 (folding) crank handles.

We do not sell the link arm used to connect the short arm to the window sash, so you'll need to reuse it for the installation. 

The casement lock is also an older style. Since the operators are Roto, I believe you'll need either the 38-138 (short fork) or the 38-139 (long fork). Take a look at all the related hardware along with the videos on the website.

Carefully compare the specifications for each of these parts, using the diagrams on the website, to confirm that the operators are fit and the best option for the lock.
