One tab tandem sliding door roller

Unforutnately, we were not able to locate an exact replacement for your roller. We do have some similar tandem rollers, such as the 81-154, but I'm not sure how you would secure it to your patio door without the bottom mounting tab.

If your existing roller housing is in working order, one solution would be to replace the wheels with the 1-1/4" diameter 81-266 roller and axle kit. Take a look at the suggested hardware, along with the related videos, to see if one of these options might work for your repair. Thanks for posting.
