I need to replace the guides in my windows can you help ID them?

Hi, thanks for posting! It looks like you'll need either our Series 380 or Series 385 balances. To determine between the two, you'll need to measure the depth of your bottom shoe. The Series 380 uses a shoe with a depth of 1" while the Series 385 has a shoe depth of 1-3/32". Measure the length of just your metal channel to decide which length you'll need. Hope this helps!
