Please tell me what part I need and also my cam in old ones goes completely through cam other new ones did not I had to use the old ones thanks Jeff

Hey Jeff. This looks like the 15-195B 1-1/4" T-Lock Shoe with an open cam. It's easy enough to swap this shoe out with the other--see the video below.
