Thank you for your post, Frank. At first glance, your pivot shoe looks like our 15-105, but I can't be sure since your part is still installed in the window. Have a look at our video below showing one of the ways to remove the pivot shoe from the window. Once you remove it, compare your measurements to the 15-105 and see if this is the piece you have been looking for.
