Opening a casement window when lock broke off.

I have a customer that has a casement window in a bow window setting. The window is locked and the handle to unlock it broke off on the inside. How can you open the window to replace the parts broken?

I'm afraid there's no easy solution for opening this window. When the window is lock and the lock is broken, your only hope is to find some way to cut the lock out of the window. It is not an easy project. You may want the help of someone who has done this before.
