Opening mech for Crestline awning window (45"x26")

Question

Crestline customer service sent me to you because they said they no longer offer the part. I need this opener for an awning style window. The markings on the window are:
IGMAC
IGCC CBA
LoE
CARDINAL
CIG-3 1-99
if you have the opening mechanism please let me know a price. I will probably order 2 or more as we have seven of these windows in our house and other than the fact that we occasionally have one of these parts fail the windows are still pretty good.

Thanks for posting, Al. Take a look at our 39-083 operator and the 39-114L handle. I believe these could be the parts you need, but compare them to your own measurements.
