Take a look at the 39-031 and 39-032 operators. Review the dimensions below to confirm they match up to yours. Both EntryGard operators are used with the 39-107FK handle and cover kit. It looks like your link arm has an upward offset, while ours is downward. The difference isn't a dealbreaker but it will require careful manipulation of the arm to attach it to the bracket on the sash frame. Thanks for posting!
We offer the 36-048 hinge set, which should work as long as yours have the same 10" long base. This set comes with a top and bottom hinge that can be installed on the length or right side.
As for the operator, you'll need to confirm the side of the base the arm gears attach to, which will determine the replacement you need.
