Operating arm assembly for swing window

Looking for an operating arm assembly for a window that swings out to the left. Also the "hinge" assembly of sorts. It's the hardware that keeps the window perpendicular to the frame as it opens. Any solution for removing the rusted hardware with out destroying the wood is appreciated. Thanks!

Thanks for your patience during this busy season. Looks like you need a new hinge. Check out our 36-048. I think this will work as long as you replace the top and bottom at the same time.
