Looking to see what part will replace this operator. Can not get cover off also. Arm from end to end it 4-7/8" long and the mount from end to end is 4-15/16"

Hello! You probably can't remove the cover. Truth used to make these in such a way that the cover was physically part of the operator.

The new style they make doesn't work that way: see our 39-220B. You'll note that the cover is a separate piece, specifically the 39-452. I believe these parts will work well for you.
