A home owner from Savannah, Georgia says:

My name is Paul, and while opening our window I noticed the extending arm was all rusted out. The window came out of its track, but I was able to get the window back in the frame and lock it in place. I have attached a picture of the window on the left to show the mechanism as well as several product stickers that were affixed to the window. The window I question opens to the right when looking at it from the inside.

Hello, Paul. Sounds like you need a new operator. The one in your photo here looks like an older version of our 39-221B. If you needed the opposite side then that would make it our 39-220B.
