Thanks for replying back with photos and providing the additional information. Start with taking a look at our 39-099 Andersen Awning Operator to see if this looks like it will work. |

It's possible you have an older version. Was your window made anywhere from 1995 to 1998? If so, you'll need our 39-362 adapter plate in order to install it in your window. If your window doesn't fall in that time frame, then I'm afraid we have no other options. Andersen really only makes this operator one way these days. You may need to drill new installation holes. |

You should be able to use your old cover and handles, yes. At least concerning those, Andersen hasn't changed their design very much over the years at all. |
