Thanks again for your patience! We don't carry this exact operator, but take a look at our 39-012 and 39-194. The 39-012 operator has the same 1-1/8" bottom mounting holes as yours, but the link arm is not offset like your operator. The other operator 39-194 has the off set arm like yours, but does not have the same bottom hole locations. Look over the dimensions for both and see which one might be best. You might want to go with the 39-194, being that it has the same offset link arm like yours. However, you would need to tweak the mounting hole at the bottom of the operator housing to match up the the holes in the window. Personally, I'm not a fan of drilling new holes in the window frame but see what you think.
