40471 engraved on main part. Crank arm cranks window open but comes apart when attempting to crank window closed. I believe I need two right sided operators. What other info do you need from me to get the correct part?

Your window operator has a similar design to the 39-031 EntryGard Dual Arm Operator. To confirm that this is the the correct replacement, be sure to review and compare the dimensions.
