We couldn't locate your operator from any of our suppliers, unfortunately. It does seem like it could be no longer available. 

However, take a look at a similar operator, the 39-253RB. You would also need to use the 39-529 slide and 39-528 track. With this new operator, you will have to use either the 39-452 or the 39-376 folding handle with cover. Review the specifications for the related hardware on this page and see what you think.
