I need four of these handles for the casement window operators. Definitely old school, but they work. They may be called Awning Windows. Ware is the manufacturer. Just need the handles

Hello,

Some of our customers have reported success replacing the Miami operators with our 39-054 but, unfortunately, the opposite-handed operator shown in your photos has been discontinued. Unfortunately, the handles are not sold separately. Please let us know if you have any other questions.
