Good Afternoon:
I have a Truth operator 41011. Works fine except the small metal band that press fits onto the link arm broke. This is the attachment point where I pop the link arm on and off....with the broken ring no longer present, the link arm does not "pop" on and off. I beleive this metal ring is what keeps it secure. Do you have the metal ring and what is it called? And do you carry this part and or do you carry the operator if I have to buy a new one and what part number is it?

We don't carry that metal ring, but we do carry the bracket itself, which would be the 39-545. I believe that's what the ring broke off of.
If you did need the operator, I'd need to see a photo of it out of the window in order to identify. It will be necessary to see the whole thing.
