Operator ID Help

Hello Tim, I spoke to you on the phone yesterday regarding the window operators I had ordered 39-104 handles for. I am including a pic of one operator without handle and another with a handle. I forget what the name of the metal piece that connects the handle to operator is but as you can tel by the pic, it's missing and I have 2 like that. Based on these pics, do I need to order 2 new operators and if so, which one. Do the new operators come with handles or not? If they do, I will return the handles I already purchased
