Operator Mechanism

A home owner from PA says:
I recently had one of my window cranks fail for one of my windows. The mechanism allows the window to open but slips when I try to close it. Attached is a pic of the crank. Any help identifying a replacement would be great.

Hello, thank you for posting,

We've seen this operator a few times in the past but I'm afraid we don't have an exact match. Our best match would be our 39-171 and 39-172 operators. The offset is a bit more dramatic but it may not be a big deal. It is our best option, however. Look these two parts over and see what you think. Please review and let us know if you have any additional questions.
