Operator Replacement

Thanks for writing in. These operators are older versions of our 39-091 and 39-092. Unfortunately, the company that makes these operators, ROTO, has discontinued a lot of the old hardware that is needed for these operators, such as the bracket arms that connect to the window itself. Indeed, even the 39-091 and 39-092 will soon be out of stock. I am sorry we can't be of more help, and many thanks for considering our business.

The 39-091 should fit the same opening; in past cases, we found that it has. If it doesn't, however, that will just complicate matters further, to the point that you will just need a new window most likely. Sorry for any inconvenience, and best of luck in your repairs.
