Operator Shaft gears stripped

This 25 year old window has swollen and become difficult to close. The operator shaft gears stripped when too much pressure was used. Hopefully from the pictures you can tell me which casement operator I need. It appears to be exactly the same one, except opposite direction, in your YouTube video at https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=di8HU6D94_s.

Hi John. Check out our 39-031 and 39-032. Go over all the dimensions to confirm they match up with your old operator.
